Eagan, Minn. — Capitol has signed a distribution agreement to carry Sony Electronics’ premium home products to select A/V specialty dealers and custom integrators, including its 4K Ultra HD TVs and projectors; ES AVRs and high-res audio products, and a host of compatible components to create the ideal home entertainment system.

Frank Sterns, Sony’s VP of custom integration, said Capitol provides “superb customer service, dealer support and product training. Sony’s ES (Elevated Standard) line of high-performance, installation-friendly home A/V products are supported by industry-leading warranties, 60-day advanced exchange for installers and a dedicated ES Technical Support Hotline, said Capitol.
In the home-theater category, Capitol now carries Sony’s new 4K home-theater ES projector with 4K ARC-F lens. Integrators can bundle that with a Sony Wi-Fi streaming Blu-ray player with 4K up-scaling and a new HD soundbar and wireless subwoofer featuring 7.1 surround sound to create a truly state-of-the-art system, said Capitol.
On the home audio front, there is a wide range of new models, including Sony’s new ES high-res integrated two-channel amplifier, and a 7.2-channel high-res Wi-Fi network AVR.
