Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos said Blue Origin, his privately funded space-exploration start-up, will launch from Cape Canaveral.
Blue Origin is teaming with United Launch Alliance to manufacture a rocket, and Bezos wrote on the company’s website it will be ready to launch within the next decade.
Other tech moguls in the space race include Virgin’s Richard Branson, Tesla’s Elon Musk and Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
