Coastal Source President Jeff Poggi will be making a transition at the end of the year, the company has announced. Poggi will be moving to a consultancy position, at which time company co-founder Franco D’Ascanio will return as interim President.
“Jeff has contributed a great deal to the growth of our company over the last 18 months he has been with us, first as a consultant and then as President,” D’Ascanio said today. “His contributions have put us in a position to achieve many of our long-term growth objectives and we look forward to his continued counsel as a strategic consultant on January 1st.”
Commenting on his new role, Poggi emphasized that, “I look forward to the next chapter of my relationship with Franco, Harold Zimmermann and the entire Coastal Source team of employees and partners. The unique combination of family values and dedication to excellence by everyone in this organization has made Coastal Source the leader in outdoor audio and lighting. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved to date, and I remain excited about what will come in the new year.”
