Nice has announced its appointment of Jim Poder as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). A seasoned leader with a history of spearheading innovations, Poder brings with him a proven record in scaling billion-dollar IoT and smart home security ventures.
Poder’s appointment marks a new chapter for Nice, focused on accelerating product development cycles, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational efficiencies across business units. As the new CTO, his leadership will be a driving force in expanding product offerings, integrating the company’s portfolio, and advancing its solutions to exceed customer expectations.

With an extensive background filled with experiences that include leadership roles in product development at Viasat Inc. and building successful IoT and home security businesses like Xfinity Home at Comcast, Poder’s work has consistently focused on blending innovation with real-world application.
