Russound has made another key staff addition by announcing that Andrew Werdean has been appointed to the position of Key Account Sales Director for Western US and Canada. Werdean brings with him an extensive background in audio, custom installation, and business consulting, and previously held leadership roles at Dynaudio, Remote Technologies, Inc. (RTI), and Jamo-Klipsch. Mr. Werdean will use his knowledge of the industry and the Russound line to support the company’s leading dealers and distributors in the western region. He reports directly to the company’s CEO, Charlie Porritt.

Werdean’s experience in consumer electronics and custom audio includes a four-year stint at Dynaudio Group, Americas Region, where he served as President/CEO from 2017-2020, following a year as Vice President of Sales. Earlier in his career, he held key sales positions at both RTI (1996 – 2016) and at Jamo-Klipsch, USA Region, gaining tremendous knowledge of the industry and its products and building trusted relationships with colleagues and business partners along the way.
