Thermador Assembles New “Design Council”

Members to leverage experts to inspire next-generation of luxury appliances

The newest members of luxury appliance brand Thermador’s Design Council have been announced, bringing the group’s total to 18 design professionals. Each council member was handpicked from across the U.S. for their expertise, distinct style, and deep connection to the luxury consumer market. Through their collective knowledge and inspiration, this group of design professionals offers exclusive insights into the development of Thermador products, bringing on-the-pulse design trends and technologies to the luxury market.

“As a leader in modern design, Thermador looks to the opinions and insights from the Thermador Design Council and leverages their collective expertise of luxury consumer insights to inform product design,” said Janina Forberger, Thermador Head of Industrial Design in a statement. “This dedicated group of forward-thinking design professionals has been pivotal in allowing us to look to the future of the brand and bring cutting-edge innovation to the market.”

The Thermador Design Council plays an instrumental role in advancing Thermador’s commitment to ensuring that Thermador appliances exceed expectations in design, functionality, and technology and will have its 2024 kickoff in May at the newly opened BSH Experience and Design Center in Miami.
