Catalyst AV member LM Electronics located in Fort Worth, Texas, hosted a stellar event where manufacturers, dealers and reps alike enjoyed a first-rate theater experience in their newly designed 225+ square foot space.
“We are running a 7.3.2 Atmos setup with PMC in wall/ceiling speakers, StormAudio processor and amp, Display Technologies Screen and the newly announced Epson LS12000 projector,” said LM Electronics Partner and Managing Director, Cliff Clarke. “We are also using Definitive Technology subwoofers and Rapid AV Connect wiring for the setup, along with SurgeX for protection and seating from Fortress.
Boasting a 6,000 square foot warehouse and 6.5 million per year in revenue, LM Electronics covers the Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana markets.
“The event was a huge success and the new theater gives our dealers the opportunity to show their customers what a reference theater looks and sounds like,” added Clark. “The effort and investment in our new theater is already paying off. Gary Blouse and Matt Trinklein from StormAudio were at LM Electronics for internal training that same day, and Joaquin Rivera and his team from ByDesign VSM rep firm were also in town and attended. This kept growing and we ended up inviting several dealers, as well as other vendors. It basically turned into a theater reveal, two-channel demo with Meridian Audio DSP730 speakers and a lighting showcase with Screen Innovations, DMF, Luminii, Light Walls and MP Lighting.”
